I've been running freetype v2.7 with the Noto fonts for a while now.
All seems to work OK.
Shall we flick the switch? That is:
* update freetype to v2.7
* add the Noto and the Noto CJK (which one C, J or K?)
* remove DejaVu and VLGothic
If the users of CJK report issues, we can re-add the VLGothic.
While we're at it, we should also add FontAwesome (only 90 KiB) to
make our forums functional without having people have to manually
install it.
