Ok, I did some investigations. It looks like this should be done by the
HaikuBuildCompatibility.h header. It looks like for some reason this one
does not get included when building the locale tools for you.
Could you try the following :
-Open src/tools/locale/Jamfile
-On the two lines saying $(HOST_LIBBE) $(HOST_LIBSTDC++)
$(HOST_LIBSUPC++), add $(libHaikuCompat)
-Try if it works and report results. It should help.
