[haiku-development] /boot/home/config vs. /boot/common

I'm getting ready to work on the Haiku alpha packages for yasm, and
others. I've been putting everything into /boot/common, but tried out
the new DiskUsage program and it looks like by default
/boot/home/config is full of stuff, but /boot/common is nearly empty.
Question is, which way should we go for Alpha1?
