[haiku-development] add git as an optional package?

When we were discussing what to have included in the alpha last
August/September, one of the suggestions that got voted down was git.
We now have a stable wroking version and thought since the alpha
hasn't been released yet, that I float the idea again. Should we add
it as an OptionalPackage now?
Here's a recently build binary of it, note that it may not to be
updated since this one was build prior to the wchar32 fix.
