I'm OK with your proposal. Since the different pages will be linked 
from the http://userguide.haikuzone.net translation panels, I suggest 
to the other language managers to keep to this concept (more discussion 
on the docs-list, please (I crossposted)):

With ContactInfo quickly describing how one gets involved (join the 
mailing lists, introduction, test blocks handed by the language manager 
etc.)
