I think the basic need was some type of document (I proposed RTF so it
could be loaded with StyledEdit) - with some quick pointers on what to
do next (use the Deskbar Menu to launch applications, go to these URLs
or IRC channels to get more assistance, etc.)

At one point, it seemed I was being volunteered for this ;) - but I
cannot promise I'd have something well-written in time for Alpha
(although, it if was made into a blocker, I'd sure as hell try my
hardest!)
