These latest 3 votes bring Git into the lead with a total of 12 versus
9 for Mercurial. Since Axel, Ingo and Stephan indicated they were
waiting to vote but I don't think anyone else did, I think we can
consider the vote complete. To summarize, the votes were as follows:

Mercurial:

Niels
Adrien
Scott
Rene
Siarzhuk
Clemens
Jon
Wim
Philippe

Git:

Me
Ithamar
Fredrik
Alexander G
Brecht
Marcus
Jonas
Andreas
Axel
Ingo
Stephan
Oliver (he did not officially vote but I think we know where his support lies)

If anyone from the Hg camp feels this long extended vote is unfair we
could have another vote, but I think that would be a waste of time.
The vote was essentially tied until the last 3 votes, and all 3
indicated they were waiting previously. I don't think any more
Mercurial support is waiting to vote. Plus maybe some of the Hg
supporters have changed their minds given Oliver's recent work?
