[haiku-development] URI stuff

Would it be preferred if I reverted my recent URL 
changes (BUrl, /bin/urlwrapper, /bin/open) 
or work toward something like java.net.URI?

How about the URL opening method I suggested that 
optionally allows for a user dialog (when the URL
handler is unset or missing); would it be okay to
provide such a function as part of the support kit,
as a free-standing function?
