The previous Haiku version I was using also defaults to US-International, but 'Opt' still mapped to 'right-Ctrl', so I don't quite know where the change crept in. However, I finally realized that one can drag and drop in the keymap [amazing what one can learn after n-years of blissful ingmorance! (:-)], so it was actually easy to make the switch to my old convention. I do like the new Keymap Preflet. The only slight problem is that it tends to lose most of the extra letters in a key name when I switch to "IBM Laptop" -- "Option" becomes "O"... Thanks, -- Pete --
