It doesn´t necessarily mean -ending- Haiku in a 
technical sense.

I see "Leave Haiku" as having semantics that fit

- exiting/suspending the operating system
- exiting your account (session)

- *you* physically leaving the workstation
  like when leaving the workstation to out for lunch
  (e.g. locking the screen)

Log Out does not fit the options where you dont
actually log out. (Lock screen doesn´t end your
session. Sure you have to log in again, but you
dont actually log out.)

End session does not fit the options where you
dont end your session. (Lock Screen and more 
superficial powersaving moves.)
