Because it reduces the size taken up to about 15px rather than 60-80px, and
then we have a way to add even more functionality to the window (e.g. move
Save Report into same menu, change the button to Report Crash, and send
results to some crash reporting server automatically, as Richie mentions
above.)
Really what I'm arguing here is "we just added another button to a dialog
that already has 3 buttons, and that will confuse users even more", and
moving it to a submenu makes it more obvious such options are only for the
advanced users or users being directed by an advanced user.
