3 point:

1) I think this enjoy make the Development Core Team.

2) I think its good to pool, i vote for two poolings:
2.1) Core Team Pool (see point 1)
2.3) Community Pool (open for all, or all with Haiku-os.org account)

So can we see what the community think :-) Oh a littel bit      marketing 
research :-)
