I am not quite sure what things cannot be arranged here, except for
the Haiku Inc. stuff, but more on that below. haiku-development can be
used for most coding things, haiku-web is good for website stuff,
haiku-sysadmin is for technical stuff and everything else usually
seems to find its place.

Good for you!

Being the broken record that I am, I would insist that Haiku Inc.
starts operating independently. I hoped that you (the board) saw that
as well when I saw the remark that Haiku Inc. is there to serve the
people who donated, but apparently that wasn't a lasting vision.

I suggest avoiding any potential conflicts on what is project
management and what is Haiku Inc. management by permanently untangling
those two. This means for you - board guys - to take responsibility
for your own actions and don't hide yourselves behind a public mailing
list for management decisions.

You can have your service counter for funding requests behind an email
address and your internal discussions on the private list. I suggest
finding a good way to communicate your decisions and public minutes. I
am fine doing that on the Haiku-os.org domain as long as it is clear
that Haiku Inc. is an entity separate from the Haiku project.

The last thing I want is futile public discussions like Jorge's flyer
request. And I am holding back now as not to publicly criticize your
(= the board's) decision process on that issue.

In short:
 * funding-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (or haiku-inc@xxxxxxxxxxxx) for
funding requests from contributors to Haiku inc.
 * www.haiku-inc.org or a section on the haiku website for community outreach.
 * haiku-inc private mailing list for the board's internal discussions.

And for everything that is not haiku-inc, use the already in-use
mailing lists. As far as I am concerned they are sufficient.
