It is a bit hard to find, but in http://buildbot.haiku-os.org/grid you
can check the build logs to see when the repo is updated to each
revision (the last 3 lines of the grid are the jobs publishing the
repositories).

me when I actually did it.

Yes, you can delete old failed transactions (as well as old "state"
folders if you don't need to boot to the old states anymore).
