One rather important difference is that the feature in ProcessController is 
hidden functionality one wouldn't expect under "Threads and CPU Usage". Besides 
ProcessController is totally mouse-centric, so IMO it doesn't really matter 
whether the most common action is the default, since one would use the mouse 
anyway. In doubt I'd go with the least destructive one as default, i.e. 
"Cancel". Same for the alert for a thread.
