[haiku-development] Refreshed UI look (initial patch)

Hi,
Inspired by the "Haiku UI Mockup" thread in the community forums [1], I
attempted to implement a refreshed look for Haiku's UI controls. I have
posted a screenshot and the beginnings of the patch in a forum thread:

The patch is incomplete - as of now it only includes a refreshed look of
the controls shown on the image - but I hope it is something to build up on.
