The first pertains to USB 3 support. It's pretty crucial now; as if we
can't even boot from it, that rends most PCs made in the past few years
useless for Haiku (as they don't have CD drives).

This may not be a blocker; it's a question of whether just Sandy Bridge or
just this chip (or all Intel chips?) are broken. Also, I cc'd Alex on that
because he previously mentioned having Intel cards, so I just thought I'd
give it a shot (plus he's a video driver developer). Or maybe Gordon J. C.
Pearce is still around, he did some development work on that driver...
