I have not thought about any such thing. I looked at a Py++ web page,
for the first time, while writing this, and I agree that it's interesting.
But "SWIG" was powerful too, yet in my view at the time not suited to
this task. Will have to look at it.
Meanwhile, I have to say that I personally am not as excited over
the basic notion, as when I started lo these many years ago. I'm
committed to maintaining it, but I'm not the Python advocate I was
then, and frankly I would encourage anyone who wants to write anything
serious for Haiku in the near future to consider making friends with
C++.
