Since the current "Low latency" setting is the default setting of the
scheduler anyway, why not remove it from the ProcessController menu
and just keep the "Power-saving mode" in there. That would also comply

radio button setting).

Maybe at a later time, when we have more energy/performance relevant
system settings, we can move all that stuff together with hard disk
spin down and monitor power saving timers into its own "Energy &
Performance" preference panel.

Considering how long the current status quo (# of available modes) could last, I think this would be a good change.
