[haiku-development] Please fix VESA screen resizing

Whomever went into the screen resizing code and wound up 100% breaking the
ability to resize a VESA screen in VirtualBox please not touch a further line
of Haiku kernel code until you fix what has worked for over 10 years? I'm sure
it won't take even a tenth of the total amount of brain power which has been
spent entertaining Mr. Lang's dubious desires.
The citizens of "Userland" would be forever grateful.
