This is where HiDPI mode - or whatever you want to call it - comes
useful. In this mode, everything is rendered at twice the size, so it
will be the same size as in a 110 DPI screen, but better looking.

Got a link to this retina screen ? I haven't seen anything approaching
this dpi in a 15 inch screen. Plus, ips looks better then tft,
regardless of the pixel density
