bash, bc,... pretty much everything in src/bin save gdb (uses private APIs) 
and zip/unzip (needed by the build system -- cross-check with 
src/tools/Jamfile).

Nope.

If the process for new release is going to start soon, it might be prudent 
to wait until after the release.
