Hardware:
Gigabyte GA7XE4 mobo with Duron 800, 1Gb RAM, 7.5Gb WD HDD's on 0/master
and 0/slave, Writemaster DVD on 1/master, other HDD on 1/slave
nVidia Dual Head card - can't remember model, if it's important I'll
pull it out.

Fault 1: Copy file to Toshiba 2Gb Flash Stick causes KDL
PANIC: ASSERT FAILED (src/add-ons/kernel/file-systems/fat/fat.c: 380)
cluster !=0
Copied file was not readable on another computer.

Fault 2: Boot splash not visible on nVidia Dual Head card
0/master contains BeOS 5.0.3 Pro with bootman
0/slave contains Haiku
Splash screen visible booting BeOS but not when booting Haiku, but it
does boot after about 10 seconds with a blank screen.

Fault 3: AC97 on-board audio not working.
