Oh don't worry, it isn't your fault that the Linux world makes things
so hard to set up. Of course the Fluendo guys deserve some ire too.

More or less. Though as I expected some parts of Elisa are written in
C apparently. It might still be a useful reference, even if just in
the sense of what NOT to do ;)
