First of all, I really like the changes on Keymap!

I think Keyboard and Keymap should be one application named Keyboard.
Why have keyboard settings in two or three places as it is now?
There could be one tab for Keymap and one for the rest of the options
(repeat settings, CTRL/ALT as shortcut key etc.).
I'm not sure how to solve it with the menu in Keymap though.
