Unfortunately, the patches were applied during a short time when the
PPC build was already "busted" - so apparently nobody really noticed
until now ;)

I'm hoping to keep a compile environment for PPC updated on my machine
to catch build-bustage like this moving forward. Not that it really
affects me directly or anything, but I think it would be nice to keep
it clean enough to compile at least - until someone wants to update
the port again.
