[haiku-development] META:kewy for all files

Following the mime discussion, I'd be for adding the keywords attribute
by default to all files (at least all supertypes).
Whenever I want to add them to files I need to manually add them in
Terminal, and it needs a people file in the folder to be able to show
them...
Having them available in the attrs menu would make it much simpler for
people to use it.
(I also add META:url manually to files I download, but that should be
up to browser and wget to add them)
