[haiku-development] Localizing CLI apps

Hi there!

Just out of interest, is it planned and is there a procedure to also 
localize CLI apps like lsindex, mkindex etc., i.e. at least Haiku-
specific commands?

Since this wouldn't require possible layout management re-coding like 
for GUI apps, would that be feasible for stupid non-programmers (maybe 
after a step-step tutorial? :)
