So, I had the chance to try this at home. Unfortunatelly it is obvious that our build process under Haiku is IO bound and not CPU bound. Although all 4 CPUs were being used, each one was running at around 25% of its peak, so the net result ended up being almost the same time as compiling with 1 single CPU. I know BFS does atradeoff between funtionality x speed but I have really fast disks (SATA II 3 Gb/s) so I didn´t really expected to be IO bound. I wonder if we are not doing excessive locking in OpenBFS...
