Vidrep - as the only remaining printing user... :) - recently
mentioned that the "Page setup..." menu that all apps seem to provide,
doesn't really offer anything beyond what's available via the
"Print..." menu. The latter provides the same "Paper setup" that's
availaible through the "Page setup...".

Has anyone a valid argument why "Page setup" exists?
I'd grant it to WYSIWYG editors that would change the canvas
accordingly, but even then it probably fits better in with all the
other settings that sort of app provides.
