That's actually one of the next things I'd like to look into.
I am currently looking into partitioning stuff again. That's like my
third attempt or something to get anything accomplished in this regard...
Anyways, I noticed we have disk_scanner left-overs in three places. The
two places in the headers do not seem to contain anything valuable which
has not been already ported to the new partitioning systems API. Then
there are the add-on implementations in src/add-ons/kernel/disk_scanner.
These also seem to have been completely ported to the partitioning
systems API AFAICS. There is a parameter parser in the old intel add-on,
but that seems to have been superseded by the driver settings parsing...
shall I go ahead and do a little bit of cleaning up?
Best regards,
-Stephan
