Not necessarily. That many toolbox windows would probably interfere 
more than it would help. Refactoring the interface would take an order 
of magnitude of work and possibly introduce more than a couple bugs. 
IMO the return on investment for a very possible introduction of more 
window management to use the tool doesn't sound very compelling.
