Interesting, the same file in our repository refers to liba52 and is
GPL.  That file does not refer to liba52 and is LGPL.

Looks like they decided the differences were enough after the recent
changes to not be liba52 anymore.

So if we update from the 0.5 release we can get ac3 under LGPL
