Hey, just take your time. BTW, I suggested debug-over-FireWire because
it seems simple enough to implement by someone with your expertise,
and it seems that a whole bunch of people would benefit from it.
Still, most people run Haiku on emulators, since hardware support is
bound to be lacking, specially wireless connectivity. But I guess the
plan is to make Haiku run reliably on real hardware as we're into the
alpha cycles and concentrate in supporting a broader set of
"essential" hardware (video/sound/ethernet/wireless) as we enter the
beta cycle, hopefully having attracted more developers to engage in
those activities.
Sometimes it's just better to step back and sort the real life messes
out before diving back in. I clearly feel now that had I not taken a
BIG step away from development I'd never have the energy to come back.
Boy, do I get Rudolph now.
