package manager. So, I upgraded Ubuntu 8 to 9.04, then I succeeded to
build.
Official r1alpha1 iso is 388,970KB, my build is 389,072KB, nearly equal.
mkisofs with -D option failed in my old Ubuntu 8. (I changed
build/jam/ImageRules,
mkisofs to mkisofs -D at 2 places)
