Also, if you look into improving the submenu arrow...
Currently, while the grey box around the arrow DOES scale with the
menuitem height, while the arrow itself doesn't scale at all. While it
looks good with the default font size, the arrow is a bit too big with
smaller fonts and too small with bigger fonts. IMHO of course :)
