I probably could create users for "trusted community developers" as
well if the other developers are ok with it. It's sort of like a bug
tracking system, where you can assign issues, and set their status,
add comments to them, and ultimately close them once their resolved.
This is why I have so far limited it to devs with commit access.
There's no "read-only access" feature either, so everyone with access
to the results has the ability to close them and modify their status.

So, if you just wanted access to review the issues, comment on them,
maybe create patches for them, etc. - and the other developers were OK
with that, I could get you an account.

Any other opinions?
