Coverity is a static code analysis tool. It can help identify and
prevent coding errors without even running Haiku. It also analyzes all
possible code paths (which don't always get tested when running
Haiku).

It's also widely used in the software industry.

In one sentence... It will improve the Haiku code and potentially make
Haiku more stable and reliable!
