Next to the development tools (including subversion!), I cannot think
of anything else besides a browser, in which case it would be Firefox,
but I guess we have to work closely with the gang there to find and
eliminate some bugs before shipping.

This might become a harder decision, but nevertheless I hope to bring
it up here. In may proposal way back
(//www.freelists.org/archives/haiku-development/02-2008/msg00030.html)
I advised to find a release coordinator who will try to investigate
and draft up all the logistics. At the time Thom Holwerda offered his
help. With apparantly this release nearing, I hope someone (not
necessarily a core developer) is willing to chip in and investigate
the logistics and reporting them back to the developers.

Thom, if the discussion turns out positive, will you renew your
candidacy? Any others?

Kind regards,

Niels
