We need to refactor the process a bit

There are some recipes that are in the "not built" part that I know to
be broken. For example getconf is downloading from FreeBSD's SVN, which
is not a "safe source". We probably need to mirror the sources
somewhere.


Yeah, I looked at getconf a couple days ago.  Probably good idea to
mirror sources for it and marble.
LibreCAD appears we can fix by updating to a newer release:
https://github.com/haikuports/haikuports/issues/1126
