I wouldn't put that in the title, but something a "git log --grep" would find is definitely a good idea :-)

Although the best way to handle this is if one could actually "tag" the commit manually without changing the repository. This way, one could easily remove those, or give others the chance to review them before applying.
Something like what we had for previous releases in Trac, but maybe more automated...
