Hi all,

Stephan, you beat me to... I was looking forward this moment to come again.

As about the Admin. If we cant count on Bruno as Koki commented. I can offer
you my help Stippi, sharing the admin tasks, as long as keeping attention to
the maillists... etc etc. But I think we also need an experienced person
here.

For the tests, maybe is the best Idea we took from the Summit.

It will help us to discard, to have some work done, and check the community
compromise the student can reach. All this, even before the final evaluation
process finishes. What I could learn form last year, this last part is as
important or more than a Good Application.

So At least from my point of view, I/we should be a bit more tolerant in the
application phase, and use the test to check
the productivity and their compromise with Haiku, to make the final
valoration.

I still keep the notes I took there, so, as soon as we set up the mentors, I
can write the set of notes and ideas to improve the selecction process.

My questions so far:

How to we set up the projects proposal list?
Who thinks about jumping in the mentor boat?

Regards!
