[haiku-development] Go for Alpha3?

Are we ready to freeze for Alpha3?

There's currently two Alpha3 milestone trac tickets marked as being a
blocker: #6824 and #7082
and one marked as high: #4157
There's also discussion on #7203 regarding how gcc2/gcc4 libraries are
handled on hybrid builds.

These can probably all be moved to the next release and added to the
Alpha3 release notes as known issues.  Holding things up to get these
fixed may lead to no new release for weeks or months from now.  It
seems to me that what we have right now seems to be fairly stable.

Are there any major objections to moving forward with an Alpha3 freeze
at the point for everything except bug fixes, HTA imports and updated
OptionalPackages?

Is there someone who can be a release manager?
