[haiku-development] Getting ready for GSoC

Hello,
As you may know, GSoC application for projects is next week. It's more than time to get ready for it. I spent some time adding some descriptions to all the ideas listed on trac wiki. As I don't know everything about Haiku, some of these descriptions may be incomplete, or even completely wrong. Please take some time to read this page again, and fix or improve things. Some of the ideas may be removed or merged if they aren't making enough work for a GSoC project over the full summer.
