It definitely has never come to any kind of decision, though. So maybe
that one should be made someday :-)
If you're willing to do all the work, it's definitely a huge plus...
I'm not against Hugo, I'm just skeptical of its ultimate benefits
(compared to its downsides). Since we actually want to have a forum, we
don't get away without maintenance, spammers, etc.
While I like Drupal in general, forcing new incompatible versions on you
like this is not really acceptable with the kind of work force we have,
though.
