A little bit of history for completeness:
When anyboot was introduced, we were not sure if there would be
compatibility issues. Some BIOSes are a bit picky, and at the time
having both images helped testing and detecting issues that were
specific to the anyboot image (when booting from CD).
This is why both were kept. Our 3 alpha releases after the introduction
of anyboot were still advertising the ISO as the main download file. We
would need to change that and make anyboot the default.
Also, mounting the BFS part of the image, rather than the ISO with the
boot files, would be more interesting. It is possible with some more
mount options.
