The culprit in this case actually turns out to be Tracker: if you drag
and drop a text file, Tracker was checking for both the text/plain
filetype as well as the clipping attribute in order to decide to pull
the text and style information out of the file into a BMessage like
text views expect. Fixed in r28828.
