Besides the codec, those have all very little use. The attributes are
supposed to contain useful entries the user would be interested in
actually showing in Tracker.
The framerate should always be 25 for PAL, ~30 for NTSC, and 24 for
movies -- IMO not really interesting, although it wouldn't be too hard
to be added.
