set that up?
He first has to provide an ssh key and/or a password htdigest, preferrably 
sent to Oliver or me.
Joe will be out for most of the weekend. Earlier I sent him an emailing detailing what he needs to do. I don't mind adding him, but as Oliver mentioned in tqh's commit thread, it's a good idea for everyone to get experience doing this.
