This thread has wandered off a bit, discussing more changes in the
method to do translations in general. Without a result, I think...

Anyway, Loïc informed me that now that the HTA is back on track (thanks
Travis!), the above mentioned Installer text is a pretty mess. See
http://hta.polytect.org/catalogs/view/9/fr. He asks, if I couldn't
commit my split-into-paragraphs patch  seen above.
What do you say?
